GARLIC LEMON To make a gourmet salad; chop tomato, onion, cucumber, green pepper and mushroom then add 50ml of EVOO Garlic & Lemon and salt. CHILI MINT To make a simple marinade for tofu, chicken, fish or lamb, combine 2 tablespoons of EVOO Chili & Mint with 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, juice of 1 lime & 3 teaspoons of mirin. Also a great addition to your favorite curry dish, stir-fry, rice dish, casserole, soup, pasta sauce or simply drizzled over steamed vegetables.

BASIL & SUNDRIED TOMATO Excellent base for your favorite pasta sauce or bolognaise. Also sprinkle over tomato, spinach, olives, and fresh herb salad; add a dash of lemon. Add 30ml of EVOO Basil & Sundried Tomato to a ripe mashed avocado add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, then whip and serve with baked potato or simply with hot bread.

SOUMAC OREGANOUse as an alternative to lemon when preparing this marinade for chicken or fish: add 2 tablespoons of EVOO Soumac & Oregano, 2 teaspoons of yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic & ginger, with 3 teaspoons or mirin & a pinch of paprika, rub into meat, cover and allow to site in refrigerator for 2-3 hours; BBQ, panfry or oven bake and serve with baby potatoes and steamed greens. Also add to salad as an alternative to lemon.

SESAME ZATTARTo create a chicken or fish marinade, mix 1 cup of EVOO Sesame Zattar with 2 Teaspoons of soy sauce, lemon juice and grated ginger, pour over chicken or fish and cover: refrigerate for 60 minutes or overnight: then grill, roast or lightly panfry.
